This past Sunday, April 14th, new members were inducted into Linsly Guy. E Holden’s Chapter of the National Honor Society. Students who maintained a high grade point average for their grade were eligible for this honor. During the application process, students are chosen based on their outstanding leadership, service, character, and scholarship. After selection, members have to uphold these principles, and be role models for their peers.
The ceremony consisted of the announcement of members, the pinning ceremony, quick speeches on the four pillars of the society (leadership, service, character, and scholarship), and a motivational message to the students by Mrs. Shawn Turak.
