As Linsly students prepare for exams, the prefect learn committee has prepared a slideshow to help remind the student body how to prepare during this stressful time before break. Ensuring students take study breaks and eliminate distractions while studying, for example, by putting your phone in a different room to remove the temptation completely. As well as studying a little each night before exams to avoid cramming class material and consequently losing rest, pushing students to underperform. Overall, these reminders are meant to help students manage stress, stay focused, and perform their best. By building healthy habits, limiting distractions, and preparing each night steadily, Linsly students will approach exams strongly with confidence and finish the first semester strong.
Reminders:
- Study each night
- Limit distractions (removing phone from study space)
- Take breaks
- Getting enough sleep
Happy studying, Linsly students!
