Everything You Need to Know to Have an Enchanting Spring Masquerade Prom

The Linsly School is officially one week away from their 2025 spring masquerade-themed prom! While everyone is getting excited, here’s everything you need to know before the big day!

This year, prom will be at the White Palace at Wheeling Park. We are returning to this location because it was a huge success last year. There’s plenty of room for dancing, the DJ, snacks, and all the beautiful decorations.

Seniors get the opportunity to enjoy their final hoorah as Linsly students at the dinner. Seniors arrive at 6:00 pm with their parents and date for a special dinner as a senior class. Students will have the chance to look back on their senior year and all their special Linsly memories. Additionally, they have the traditional “mother/son” and “father/daughter” dance before the juniors arrive.

This year the theme is “spring masquerade!” The room will be fully decorated with enchanting table settings and gorgeous ornaments.

There will be a photo booth there and a professional photographer – price will vary depending on the picture package. A special backdrop for the photos will also be there.

At 8:00 pm, juniors arrive and the party gets started! That means parents are kicked out and the DJ goes on full volume for a fun-filled night with dancing, laughing, and friends! The dance will go on until 11:00 pm.

While everyone else is looking forward to a beautiful night, the Linsly Line would like to acknowledge the junior class officers and advisors who have been planning and organizing this special evening for months, in addition to all the volunteers who have donated their time, supplies, and money into decorating the ballroom as best they can. Their dedication and efforts do not go unnoticed.

On behalf of the Linsly Line, we hope all juniors and seniors have an amazing night and a great summer. Congratulations, Class of 2025!
