Over the school year, many upper school students have been working hard behind the scenes to write articles for the Linsly community. Whether it was sports, academics, or student life, the authors were motivated to write articles highlighting their community. This year, The Linsly Line published over 120 articles with around twenty writers.
The editors for the 2024-2025 school year were senior Arabella Andy and junior Elaina Pusz. The editors split the roles of editing, publishing, creating article ideas, and promoting articles on The Linsly Line social media. Furthermore, the group met throughout the year to work together to brainstorm current events happening in the school.
Currently, students are working on a series highlighting the seniors on Instagram for the “Be aMAYzing” campaign as well as a series on a day in the life of Linsly students. Throughout the year, students also worked on monthly articles for the boy and girl athletes of the month.
Finally, The Linsly Line celebrated their last meeting of the school year this Thursday with donuts. However, in the summer, the students have created a group to write articles to continue covering events throughout the break. The Linsly Line members thank everyone for their continued support of the school newspaper.
