Mrs. Ratkiewicz’s Christmas Crunch

Mrs. Ratkiewicz’s Christmas Crunch

If you’re looking for a delicious Christmas treat, 9th grade English teacher, Mrs. Ratkiewicz, has the perfect recipe for you!

First, you’ll need the following ingredients:

  • 1 lb unsalted peanuts
  • 1 lb salted peanuts
  • 12 oz semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips
  • 20 oz peanut butter chips
  • 2 lb white almond bark or vanilla candy coating

Then, layer each ingredient into a crock pot or cooker, except the bark. Mrs. R recommends starting with the peanuts. Next, separate the bark into pieces and place them on top of the other ingredients. Set the pot to low, and cook for an hour. Once finished, stir the ingredients together. After stirring, cook for another 30 minutes, but keep a close eye so it doesn’t burn! When finished cooking, stir and place spoon-fulls onto aluminum foil or wax paper. Lastly, allow the dessert one hour to harden and then enjoy!
