Linsly has had a long tradition of having a senior Head Prefect every year. This year, Evan Zido has taken over the role from the prior Head Prefect, Brooklyn Wyat. Evan has the important job of speaking to Alumni, as well as at Monday Morning Meetings, helping represent his classmates, and so much more.
Evan has been at Linsly since 5th grade and has been an active community member. He has been on the Varsity Baseball team since 9th grade and in the National Honor Society (NHS). After college, he plans to attend either Kent State or Ohio Northern. Evan plans to study architecture or civil engineering. When he is not in school, Evan is normally found out in nature hunting or fishing with his friends.
“I love to lead by example and I think being Head Prefect makes it more impactful.”-Evan Zido
Evan also states, “My favorite thing about Linsly is the connection you make with students and teachers.”
Through Evan’s eight years, he says one of his favorite moments is winning Baseball OVAC’s Championship game with his teammates sophomore year. Linsly is so grateful for Evan and wishes him well in his future!
