The junior class hosted the annual Crush soda sale this week. The Crush soda sale happens every year around Valentine’s Day, where students can purchase a soda for their “crush” or friends. Students were able to purchase a soda with their name on it for $1, make it anonymous for $2, or add a note for $3. Then, hearts were delivered to the recipients’ advisors during A-Block, so that they could redeem their sodas during lunch on Thursday.
Overall, the junior class raised $127, which will go towards prom. Junior class vice-president Arabella Andy said, “The junior class has a lot of work to do to make sure we give our seniors a good prom”. It looks like we should expect many more fundraisers from the junior class to come!
