Athlete of the Week: Aaliyah Siegel

Aaliyah Siegel is a sophomore from Chester, West Virginia.  She plans to play soccer in college when the time comes. She is being named as this week’s athlete of the week due to her performance at the girls’ games over the weekend that took place in Charleston, West Virginia. Aaliyah scored four goals over the weekend. This contributed to her 21 total goals and her 14 assists this season. Her favorite individual memory was scoring a goal in the OVAC championship game, which is something she did not have the opportunity to do last season. Her favorite memory with her team is winning the OVAC championship. Aaliyah says her favorite part of this season has been making new friends and getting close with the team.
