Thank you to the senior class officers, Alex Taylor and Rachel Edinger, for organizing a fun and eventful night. The theme of the dance was fall, and there were pumpkins and hay barrels upon entrance. Each couple was greeted by faculty when they entered the dance, and had the choice of getting a professional picture! The DJ played some hit songs and created a fun and exciting environment for the students. He took requests of songs to play to meet the expectations of the students. There were refreshments and cookies offered at the dance as well. Additionally, everyone definitely dressed to impress! There was a lot of bling and sparkle to both the dresses and suits this year! This will definitely be a night to remember!
Furthermore, this would not be possible without the additional help from the senior class advisors, Mrs. Barrows and Mr. Wilkinson. They put a lot of effort and time into making this night special. The Linsly community came together as well to make this a successful night. Many students volunteered to set up and clean up. The set up crew consisted of the following Prefects: Riley, Brooklynn, Payton, Maddie, Nico, Jp, Evan, Jack, Nate, and Ksaun. There was also a high number of students helping with clean up, which consisted of: Caitlin, Payton, Cole, Sophia, Heesoo, Jessica, plus the Dance Team. The Linsly community never fails when help is needed, and that is why events like these are so successful. This event allowed students to connect and share a memory that will last forever!
