The victorious LSU Tigers celebrate their amazing win!
This past Thursday, Linsly had a half day where students participated in bingo, trivia games, and a dodgeball tournament. There were 10 teams that played in the dodgeball tournament and over $200 was raised for charity. Members of the winning team, known as LSU Tigers, were Dillon Wilson, Jack Selmon, Collin Paull, Andrew Skadra, Alex Taylor, Matt Turak, Trey Prather, Matt Scouvart, Jaxon Murray, and Jy’Leik Johnson. The team chose to donate the money raised from the tournament to the JDRF Foundation, which is the world’s largest nonprofit organization for Type 1 Diabetes research. The dodgeball tournament raised lots of money for charity, and the teams did a great job and had tons of fun!
Meanwhile, other students chose to partake in bingo and fun trivia games. The winners are pictured below, from left to right: Olivia Rosenthal, London Podobnik, Lourdes Tomas, Alex Michalo, & Katie Kastelic.
Overall, students had a fun-filled day before Easter break began!
