This year, Linsly welcomes a new face to the mathematics department! Our new calculus teacher recently graduated from Boston University in May with a degree in Mathematics and Physics. During his time at BU, he spent three years as an undergraduate research assistant, where he worked on simulations involving optical circuits and microbial colonies. With his background in both mathematics and physics, he brings a unique perspective and a strong passion for problem-solving to the Linsly classroom.
Outside of teaching, he is also staying active on campus as an assistant coach for the Linsly Cross Country team. When he’s not teaching or coaching, he enjoys visiting cafes and diners, riding roller coasters, reading, and listening to music. Students may also spot him around campus with his cat, Link, who is sure to be one of the most recognizable new members of the Linsly community! We are excited to welcome him to Linsly and look forward to seeing the impact he makes both inside and outside the classroom.
