Over the weekend of August 26th, the Linsly boarding students had a blast at the kickball, volleyball, futsal, and basketball tournaments. The tournaments involved most of the dormers, whether participating or watching. They spanned the course of a couple hours and had everyone entranced with the players’ performance and game.
The next day, the boarding students went to Grand Vue Park and had an absolutely fantastic time. The activities included swimming in the pool, minigolf, disk golf, and ziplining! The pool had many activities, the most popular of which were the slides and the lilypad course. The minigolf course included 18 holes on a nature tour around the park, and it even had a fountain! Along with the minigolf, Grand Vue also included 2 disc golf courses, yellow for beginners and black for champions—each containing 18 baskets. Last but certainly not least, the boarding students had an exhilarating ride through the zipline, taking them on a 30-minute ride around the park.
The dorming students look forward to the numerous adventures planned for them this year!
