this weekend, the boarding community participated in Halloween themed activities both on and off-campus. We kicked off the weekend with an intense football game in Morgantown. The home team, Morgantown High School, graciously allowed Linsly’s international players to give a ticket to another boarding student to go and support them, seeing that we live together and support each other both on and off-campus. Saturday, however, was the most eventful day of the weekend. Early in the afternoon, we played a Murder Mystery game where we tried to find the serial killer in the Nevermore Strangler case.
After dinner, we headed over to Wells Township, a haunted house in Ohio. While we were there, we got so scared that some of us even cried. It was also a memorable experience to many, seeing that it was their first time attending a haunted house and celebrating Halloween. This was a great start to the spooky season!
