The Linsly Girls Volleyball Team had a very successful and exciting year, going 16-4. The Varsity team consisted of 15 high school girls: Ava Gainer, Avery Sadlowski, Caitlin Lewis, Celia Demarchi, Danyelle Dunlevy, Elizabeth Brink, Kelsey Smith, Marlee Johns, Mili Sekulovic, Alayna Cook, Baeleigh Burwell, London Podobnik, Rumer Beazel, and the two Senior captains – Charlie Allison and Emma Robinson.
The team came into the pre-season ready to go and started working hard the first day. The varsity began to grow closer with one another and built a healthy dynamic. The girls act like a family on and off the court. The girls fell short of the OVAC title, losing in close sets in the championship to Fort Frye. However, that loss does not show the true volleyball team Linsly has. The girls have transformed the volleyball program into something extraordinary. The Volleyball team has ended their outstanding season and will miss their seniors next year.
