As spring break came to a close, Linsly’s spring sports started up their 2022 seasons. Coming home straight from Vero Beach, Florida, after playing a series of games there, the Varsity Baseball Team had their home opener on Wednesday, March 16th. They beat Weir and ended with a score of 12-4. The team then went on to play Cameron the following day. The boys won again, making their record 2-0. The Track Team participated in a timed trial on Friday, March 18th at John Marshall, allowing the team to see their times at the beginning of the season. Tennis, softball, and lacrosse also began practices, and many matches are scheduled for the coming weeks. All of the spring teams were welcomed with warm weather on their first few days of practice.
