The Prefect Wellness Committee at Linsly, consisting of leaders Rachel Ekanem and Marlee Johns, and members Xander Plute, Milica Sekulovic, Sofia Robertson, and Bridget Lofstead, hosted a “Positive Pumpkin” sale during the Homecoming Spirit Week. Advisors paid $20 each to receive a pumpkin that was decorated by their advisees and displayed. On Friday, October 23, students and alumni were greeted by the pumpkins in front of Banes Hall. There was no lack of creativity, with the pumpkin decorations ranging from teenage celebrity JoJo Siwa to Sesame Street character Oscar the Grouch. The sale raised $275, with the proceeds going to the National Alliance on Mental Illness.
